LatinX Theatre Project's newest play, Heroes and Monsters, explores the juxtaposition between reality and the virtual world. The play calls upon themes of La Lucha, Latin American mythology, and modern superheroes and villains; creating the world of a video game where you can win some or lose some, but you must survive to continue the fight. LXTP‘s unique style infuses theatre with poetry, original songs and rap to tell the story of nine Users turned Players on a path to beat The Game. As they battle their way to the top, who will become a Hero, and who will be a Monster?
